Nicola Hepworth (née Whitelaw) MA PGCE
Born in London, lives in London Fields, Hackney, East London.

Teaching and Art Education
Teacher of Art in London Secondary schools 1998-now
I have been teaching KS3, GCSE and A level Art since 1997. I also have experience of home tutoring for A Level, of running workshops in schools, museums and at festivals and community events. I can face-paint to a professional standard and have worked as a face -painter. I am a teacher and TA for Art History Link Up; a charity that provides History of Art lessons to sixth formers attending state schools.
https://arthistorylinkup.org/ I have been teaching with AHLU since 2020 and my role has included teaching Introduction to Art History classes in addition to A level Art History, and moderating student EPQ projects.
In 2022 I was awarded the AHLU x Christie’s Education Scholarship Award prize of an Art Business Masterclass Certificate Course for my film on Mark Gertler’s Merry Go Round. You can watch my film here:
